          The Halo Underground is comprised of several pages and thousands of forums and topics including thehalounderground.com, blueeagleco.com, "THU Forums", "THU Clan" and multiple parent sites governed separately from The Halo Underground such as Cerrone Annsomics and .design.  Clan hosting provided by Bungie.net.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND OR CONDITIONS

          All services within The Halo Underground (THU) are subject to varying terms and conditions in addition or other than the terms listed here.  THU has the right to change such terms at any time without notice to you in any viewable form except for the changes made here or to the service in question.  Terms may change to but are not limited to, changes within The Halo Underground site.  It is your responsibility to know these terms at all times before accessing THU.

THIRD-PARTY LINKING

          All links that lead outside of THU, Blue Eagle Co., Cerone Annsomics, .design, rctmKH or any other networked site is displayed "as is" and THU takes no responsibility for misconduct, misleading information or otherwise non-official listings on another site.  You take full responsibility for visiting an external site outside of THU.  Any link that leads to a third-party site does not necessarily mean that site is endorsed by Blue Eagle Co.

THE HALO UNDERGROUND SITE CONDITIONS

          Any and all material posted on any THU web page, section or sub-section is posted "as is" and is subject to change without notice.  THU reserves the right to temporarily deny access or to terminate access to any page on this site or a networked site without notice.  By agreeing with these terms, you are bound to lawful use only.  Unlawful use of THU such as over burdening the site, modifying or distributing copyrighted content, hacking or modification of site security systems or layouts is strictly prohibited.

CODE OF CONDUCT

          When agreeing to these terms, you must also comply to the regulations of our code of conduct.  This guideline issued must be followed when interfacing with another member indirectly or directly whether this may be through forum communication, email communication or live chat communication.  You may not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others.  Do not publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.  Uploading files that contain material protected by intellectual property laws unless you own or control the rights thereto or must receive all necessary consents.  The uploading of software is strictly prohibited.  Uploading files that contain viruses, corrupted files or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer is unlawful and is banned from THU.  Advertising or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such Communication Service specifically allows such messages is prohibited.  Spam and "junk posts" are not allowed unless such posts are posted within a set forum if one exists.  Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters are prohibited.  The downloading of any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed though THU.  You cannot falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.  You may not restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying THU.  You may not violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular THU Service. The collection of information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent is illegal and is not tolerated.  You also cannot violate any applicable laws or regulations.

           Failure to follow these regulations set in place is or can be subject to but not limited to a temporary ban or permeate ban from any THU Service, Blue Eagle Co. Service or any other networked site's service or lawful action such as an arrest or court order against a conspirator.

CLAN POLICY

           THU reserves the right to deny any applicant that does not meet specific minimum requirements to join a clan.  Gamer tags that are registered with THU are subject to approval before acceptance.  Complaints, a players score and their reputation are taken into consideration before approval is reached.  All clan members must follow the code of conduct when playing with the clan online in any Halo version or when inside the forums on thehalounderground.com.  All clan members must comply to an equipment change that is mandatory when acceptance into a clan is complete.  Members are to be white and blue Master Chiefs with a specific emblem as specified when someone signs up on the clan sign up page.

PRIVACY POLICY

          The collection of your personal data is not shared by third party companies or private firms.  However, Blue Eagle Co. reserves the right to use comments and survey data to better assess and better build and operate their services.  Other personal data such as a first and last name, date of birth and living location are not shared or opened or viewed by Blue Eagle Co. or site patrons.  By accepting these terms, you also give THU exclusive permission to post or display your gamer tag anywhere on THU.

THU ID LOGINS

          When logging in, you are transferred to a secure connection so that personal and secure information cannot be shared by others.  All registered information with THU and THU Forums is held secure and is non-transferable through outside services.  THU has the power to modify but not fully identify THU ID Logins and may change a users privileges without or with notice.  A Windows ID or .Net Passport is required for logins.
